Dawn Davis

​In the last 25 years, I’ve voiced regional commercials, training videos and became an award-winning actor.  I grew up in New Jersey and though I’ve lost the accent, my east coast sensibilities have never left me. My delivery is described as relatable and clear with a warm authority, infused with my lived experiences.

Finding efficiencies, improving processes, and strategizing to meet goals get my creative juices flowing.  I spent over a decade in corporate positions, managing people and leading project teams as a process improvement project manager.   For two decades I’ve self-directed my own entrepreneurial endeavors which included theater production, podcast hosting/production, an entertainment career, and a successful gift shop. I bring genuine curiosity, professional trustworthiness, and knowledge of business to my projects. A bit of a unicorn in the artistic realm, I’m able to express my creativity on the stage, screen or mic while having keen awareness of the business side of those endeavors.

Innately organized, efficient and innovative, my favorite subjects are business and strategy. Being a bit of an eager achiever, I’m always looking at better ways of living through books on self-improvement, spirituality, and the transformational journeys of others. I also enjoy smart and funny romantic comedies and women’s fiction.

Having lived in New Jersey, Charlotte, Cleveland, Orlando and Los Angeles [and no, I’m not in witness protection] I often draw on my experiences in those places to inform my acting and narration work. When winding down, I love a good book – or coloring book - pizza, bourbon and cheering for the NY Giants. Every now and then I’ll sit down at the keyboard or play my flute, but most of the time, the soundtrack of my life is the sweet silence of the Mojave Desert.
